The ICE FOUNDATION is registered under Ref No 861/G37/C84/VO/I/8AAIP/A3 in accordance with Law No. 90/053 of 19th December 1990 governing the Right of Associations in Cameroon. We focus on the application of United Nations activities and the international observance days annually.
Mebune Kome Francis is a Businessman and a Philanthropists who is the Founder and President of Ice Foundation and also the CEO of Ice Beauty Complex. Francis is a gentleman with a unique intrinsic and unbridled leadership drive. He was born in the South West Region of Cameroon but grew up in Germany and Canada. He is a young Africa ready to create a great change in the African and global community.
